1. General Provisions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal data" shall mean information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
1.1. This document defines the policy of LLC "Energiya Holoda" (Primary State Registration Number [PSRN] 1127847240729, Tax Identification Number/Tax Registration Reason Code [TIN/KPP] 7804484403/780601001) (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regarding the processing of personal data and sets forth the system of core principles applied to personal data processing within the Company.

— Relatives of the Company's expatriates – within the scope and for the duration necessary to achieve objectives stipulated by Russian law, to perform legally mandated functions, powers, and obligations, to assist with obtaining invitations, visas, and migration registration, to exercise the Company's rights and legitimate interests, and to conclude and perform contracts to which the data subject is a party, beneficiary, or guarantor, including for insurance purposes with consent;
— Representatives of the Company's suppliers – within the scope and for the duration necessary to interact with suppliers, with the consent of the data subjects;
— Individuals involved in accidents or incidents – within the scope and for the duration necessary to achieve objectives stipulated by Russian law and to perform legally mandated functions, powers, and obligations;
— Individuals receiving income but not in employment relationships with the Company – within the scope and for the duration necessary to achieve objectives stipulated by Russian law and to perform legally mandated functions, powers, and obligations;
— Representatives of potential and existing clients – within the scope and for the duration necessary to interact with potential and existing clients, with the consent of the data subjects;
— Representatives of partners – within the scope and for the duration necessary to interact with partners, with the consent of the data subjects;
— Representatives of the Company's foreign subsidiaries and affiliated entities – for the exercise of the operator's or third parties' rights and legitimate interests, as well as for the performance of contracts to which the data subject is a party.
3.2. The duration of personal data processing is determined based on:
— the established purposes of processing;
— the term of contracts with data subjects and the validity period of their consents to processing;
— retention periods specified in Order No. 558 of the Russian Ministry of Culture dated August 25, 2010, "On Approval of the List of Standard Administrative Archival Documents Generated in the Course of Activities of State Bodies, Local Government Bodies, and Organizations, with Indicated Retention Periods."
3.3. The Company processes personal data on a lawful and fair basis.
3.4. Personal data processed by the Company are kept accurate, sufficient, and, where necessary, up to date in relation to the purposes of processing.
3.5. The Company does not disclose or disseminate personal data to third parties without the consent of the data subject, unless otherwise provided by Russian federal law.
3.6. The Company processes special categories of personal data of individuals involved in accidents, employees, and expatriates (health data within the framework of employment relationships). In doing so, the Company complies with the requirements for processing special categories of personal data as stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and the Russian Labor Code.
3.7. The Company does not process biometric personal data.
3.8. The Company does not make decisions producing legal consequences for the data subject or otherwise affecting their rights and legitimate interests based solely on automated processing of personal data.
3.9. The Company may entrust personal data processing to another party. In such cases, the Company complies with the requirements for entrusting data processing as stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.
3.10. The Company processes personal data both with and without the use of automated means. In both cases, the Company complies with the requirements for automated and non-automated processing as stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and subordinate regulatory legal acts.

4. Rights of Personal Data Subjects Processed by the Company
A personal data subject has the right to obtain information regarding the processing of their personal data. To exercise this right, the data subject may submit a written request to the following address:

5. Fulfillment of the Operator's Obligations by the Company
5.1. The Company obtains personal data from data subjects themselves and from third parties (entities other than the data subjects). In doing so, the Company fulfills the obligations stipulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and the Russian Labor Code during the collection of personal data.
5.2. The Company ceases personal data processing in the following cases:
— upon occurrence of conditions stipulated for termination of processing or upon expiration of established retention periods;
— upon achievement of processing purposes or if such purposes cease to be relevant;
— upon request of the data subject, if the processed personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained, or unnecessary for the stated processing purpose;
— upon detection of unlawful processing if lawfulness cannot be restored;
— upon withdrawal of consent by the data subject or expiration of the consent term (if processing is based solely on consent);
— upon liquidation of the Company.
5.3. To ensure compliance with obligations under Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, and subordinate regulatory acts, the Company has implemented the following measures:

— employs information security tools that have undergone conformity assessment in accordance with Russian information security legislation;
